Cusco rollcages are available in steel (Safety 21) or chromoly (D1 Rollcage) material and are 100% bolt-in. These rollcages may comply with certain FIA sanctioned races. They are designed to protect the occupants during a vehicle roll-over. The chassis also becomes significantly rigid to promote better handling characteristics. Full FIA WRC weld-in cages are also available.

D1 Rollcage (Chromoly Blue)

Cusco Roll Cages are available for over 300 vehicle applications and come in sport and competition use. The primary objective behind the Cusco rollcage original design is to protect the driver and passengers during a vehicle roll over. The fact that it also provides superior monocoque rigidity helps during cornering where chassis flex can hinder performance. All rollcages are designed by chassis engineers and have been proven to work throughout the world by seasoned professionals.

For sport use, the D1 chromoly roll cages are recommended which are 33% lighter than conventional steel cages.

Many different layouts are available, from dashboard escape type, through the dashboard type, rear window & roof regulation capacity (retains rear interior & enables passengers) to suit the needs of your vehicle use. Virtually any type of rollcage can be made that complies with our safety guidelines.

The steel Safety 21 rollcages are made durable for those who regularly track their cars. These steel rollcages comply with sanctioning race bodies that abide by FIA regulations*. The Safety21 rollcages are available from a 4 point rollbar type all the way to 15 point configurations, strengthening individual areas of the chassis to keep the cabin intact during a roll over. A variety of roll bars are available based on bar layout and number of passengers. The line up covers 300 Japanese models. Overall lightness was pursued from the get go on the complete design of the roll bar/cage, thus details such as mounting points, bar joints and other details were thoroughly examined, researched and tested prior to making its final version available for sale!

FIA ASN Rollcage

Cusco FIA ASN Roll Cages complies to FIA regulations and are utilized in professional rally series (ie: WRC) all across the globe. These cages are 100% weld-in types and the installation must meet the approval of an FIA safety official in order to be assigned an FIA confirmation number for the use in a sanctioned race series.
